SAM MEDILE, CLASS OF 1980, TERP, CEO
Combine all of these into one and add over 30 years of experience in parking, and you get our CEO. Sam is passionate about parking. He is excited about the changing landscape of the industry, to include digital payment platforms and the future of driver-less vehicles
After co-founding and exiting the largest valet parking company in the United States, Towne Park, Sam took time to evaluate and strategize his next move in the industry. Sam recognized the need to offer students an alternative to on-campus parking.
Sam is a proud father of three and married to co-founder of OCP, Gemma Medile.
TIM TROUTNER, GENERAL MANAGER
Tim has 25 years of experience in the parking industry and has teamed up with our CEO to create am unforgettable customer experience with OCP.
Tim has extensive knowledge of all the equipment that we use. There’s not an operational parking challenge that Tim hasn’t encountered. His ability to diagnose and respond immediately with a solution is a great asset to our team.
He’s the go-to guy for anything that has to do with parking. He wears many hats and works closely with Sam and the rest of the OCP team to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
Tim is a proud father and loves lacrosse. He is married to his wonderful wife Luisa. Tim and Louisa have 4 children.
